By creating a workspace or installing the Follow Up Boss embedded app, you agree to these terms with Ash IT Consulting.
The product
CRM Voice lets authorized users start AI-assisted outbound calls from a Follow Up Boss lead and write a summary back to the CRM. You bring your own Follow Up Boss, ElevenLabs, and optional Twilio accounts. You are responsible for those providers’ fees and acceptable-use rules.
Calling rules
You must only call people you are allowed to contact. Configure consent, DNC, timezone, and calling hours. The app can block or warn, but it is not legal advice and does not make you “fully compliant.”
Accounts
Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that abuses calling providers or Follow Up Boss.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee conversions, call connect rates, or marketplace approval timelines. The service is provided as-is.
